Terms of Service

Last updated: June 13, 2026. By adding, using, or interacting with AestherBot (the "bot") or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. Who we are

AestherBot is a free Discord pet RPG and skilling bot made by AestheticSpartan, part of the SpartanBots family. We own the bot and its original content; any third-party assets belong to their owners. You use it at your own risk.

2. These terms can change

We can change these terms at any time, without notice. If you keep using the bot or website after a change, you accept the new terms.

3. Play fair

Follow Discord's Terms and Community Guidelines at all times. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate or script play, use extra accounts for an edge, or try to break, abuse, or access the bot in ways it is not meant for. Report bugs instead of abusing them.

4. In-game things

Everything inside the bot (pets, eggs, currencies, items, levels, and progress) is virtual. It has no real-world value, you do not own it, and we can change, reset, or remove any of it at any time.

5. Supporting us

Support through Patreon or Ko-fi is optional and simply helps keep the project running. Any perks are optional extras, are not a purchase of the bot or its content, and can change or be removed at any time. Payments are handled by those platforms.

6. As is

The bot and website are provided "as is" and "as available", with no guarantees. We do not promise they will always work, stay available, or be error-free.

7. Access

We can limit, suspend, or remove your access at any time, for any reason. Server admins can remove the bot from their server at any time.
