1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the ServerPet website and, when it launches, the ServerPet Discord bot ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Development Status
ServerPet is in active development and not yet released. Everything described on this site is a design target, not a promise: features, commands, numbers, currencies, and names may change or be removed before or after launch, and no launch date is guaranteed.
3. Ownership & Maintenance
ServerPet is part of the SpartanBots project family, owned and maintained by AestheticSpartan. All ServerPet content, including code, art, names, and design, belongs to the project unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its assets without permission.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service runs on Discord and you must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. The website is hosted on GitHub Pages; optional support payments run through Patreon or Ko-fi under their own terms.
5. User Conduct
Once the bot is live, you agree not to:
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for advantage (report them instead; honest reporters get thanked, exploiters get wiped).
- Automate gameplay with macros, self-bots, or scripts.
- Trade in-game items, currencies, or accounts for real money or anything of real-world value.
- Use the Service to harass others or to break Discord's rules.
6. Virtual Items & Currencies
All in-game items, pets, cosmetics, currencies (including the shared premium currency, Drachmas), and progression have no real-world monetary value. They are licensed to you for use within the Service, not sold, and they may be modified, rebalanced, or reset during development and after launch. Gameplay is never paywalled: premium currency and Patreon perks are cosmetics, convenience, and support, not power.
7. Payments & Refunds
Supporting the project through Patreon or Ko-fi is optional and handled entirely by those platforms, including billing and refunds. Perks tied to support are described at the point of purchase and may evolve while the ecosystem is in development.
8. Data Usage and Privacy
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Using the Service means you accept it.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This is doubly true while it is in development: things will break, change, and occasionally vanish.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project and its maintainer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of virtual items or progression.
11. Changes to Terms
These terms will be updated as the project matures, including a full revision at launch. Material changes are announced in the SpartanBots support server. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these terms, including exploitation, automation, or real-money trading. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request data deletion per the Privacy Policy.
